UPDATE: We have extended our return period to 45 days for both in-store and online purchases. This applies to orders that are placed from Thursday, 26 March 2020 to Thursday, 30 April 2020.
With the COVID-19 situation continuing to progress, we’ve made the decision to close our stores temporarily. We look forward to re-opening them as soon as it’s safe to. We’re always open online, you can shop with us 24/7 from the comfort of your couch, and in Australia there’s no delay in delivery.
Items purchased in store can only be returned to a store location. If you’ve not been able to return your item within our 45 day return policy, we’ll have a 14 day grace period once our stores have opened.
