- After 2 days of notification from us, if we have received no response from you, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
- We cannot accept responsibility for unforeseen circumstances for the above or for such things as transportation strikes, floods etc.
When will I receive my order?
We have up to 3 business days in handling time prior to all orders leaving our warehouse. This does not include delivery times. During public holidays and busy periods this may vary.

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you the tracking information on your order.

What will happen to my Pre-Order?
We will do our best to ship Pre-Order products in accordance with their expected ship date. If this changes, we'll do our best to let you know.
You may pre-order products, separately or in combination with other non-preorder products.
When pre-ordering in combination with other currently available products, we will ship out all available products and then ship your pre-ordered products separately.
I’m missing an item, what should I do?
Please contact our online team via email at: firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to include your order number to assist you further as well as the below information:
- Order number
- Style number and size of the item/s received
- Product name and code of the item/s ordered
- Picture of the incorrect item/s received
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed with us it cannot be amended or cancelled (eg: Change of size, colour, style) therefore you’ll need to place another order for any further items.
- All orders are subject to availability of stock.
- We take all reasonable steps to verify that the order placed and the credit details are bona fide.
- We have the right to cancel and refund your order if you do not fulfil the requirements of our verification checks to assist in online credit card security, at which time we will immediately notify you via email or telephone using the details you have provided.
- We also reserve the right to cancel any order that does not met the terms and conditions of the promotion or conditions listed on the website.
- All refunds will be made in the same way as originally paid.
- Every effort has been made to portray the colours of products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee any colour will be completely accurate.
