Standard Delivery

  • Goods are delivered by Couriers Please, Fastway, and Australia post shipping services.
  • Delivery can take anywhere up to 5-10 business days depending on location, once the order has been shipped. (Excluding weekends and public holidays). Once an order has been placed it can take anywhere up to 3 business days of handling time.
  • Allow an extra day or two for delivery during peak trading periods, such as major sale events and Christmas.
  • Please check your address has been entered correctly as we're not able to change the shipping address once your parcel is already in transit. Ally Fashion will not be held responsible for any parcels delivered to the address entered on your order.
  • Any delivery service chosen to deliver the order we do not guarantee delivery of your parcel, however if a delivery issues does arise, we will assist by communicating with the Postal Service.
  • Please note, we do not cover or replace any orders that are lost in transit.
  • If a parcel has failed to be delivered and returned to our warehouse, a $10 AUD re-delivery fee will be charged at your expense.

  • Australia Wide Express Delivery $11.00 AUD.
  • Orders are prioritised for next business day dispatch.
  • Goods are delivered by Australia post shipping services.
  • Delivery can take up to 4 business days depending on location within Australia, once the order has been shipped. (Excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • We do not guarantee next day delivery.
  • Allow an extra day or two for delivery during peak trading periods, such as sale events and Christmas.

Our customers and team members health and safety is our priority. We have therefore decided to temporary closed the below stores due to high cases of Covid-19 around the area.

  • Click and collect orders receive complimentary standard shipping with no minimum spend required.
  • Click and collect orders are sent to an Ally Fashion store from our Sydney Warehouse.
  • Delivery can take anywhere up to 5-10 business days depending on location, once the order has been shipped. (Excluding weekends and public holidays). Once an order has been placed it can take anywhere up to 3 business days of handling time.

  • Please check you have selected the correct store as once it has been dispatched we are unable to have it redirected. We are also unable to change Click and Collect orders to a home address.
  • Once your order is in store ready to collect, the store will call you on your Phone Number provided.

Why is my order delayed?

  • Item availability - We may be out of stock in our Distribution Centre for one or more of your items.
  • Items that are out of stock can be sourced from one of our local retail outlets, this can delay shipping by 1-2 business days.
  • Credit card verification is being performed by our team on request.
  • After 2 days of notification from us, if we have received no response from you, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for unforeseen circumstances for the above or for such things as transportation strikes, floods etc.

When will I receive my order?

We have up to 3 business days in handling time prior to all orders leaving our warehouse. This does not include delivery times. During public holidays and busy periods this may vary.

What will happen to my Pre-Order?

We will do our best to ship Pre-Order products in accordance with their expected ship date. If this changes, we'll do our best to let you know.

You may pre-order products, separately or in combination with other non-preorder products.

When pre-ordering in combination with other currently available products, we will ship out all available products and then ship your pre-ordered products separately.

I’m missing an item, what should I do?

Please contact our online team via email at: allyinfo@allyfashion.com and be sure to include your order number to assist you further as well as the below information:

  • Order number
  • Style number and size of the item/s received
  • Product name and code of the item/s ordered
  • Picture of the incorrect item/s received

Can my order be amended?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed with us it cannot be amended or cancelled (eg: Change of size, colour, style) therefore you’ll need to place another order for any further items.

  • All orders are subject to availability of stock.
  • We take all reasonable steps to verify that the order placed and the credit details are bona fide.
  • We have the right to cancel and refund your order if you do not fulfil the requirements of our verification checks to assist in online credit card security, at which time we will immediately notify you via email or telephone using the details you have provided.
  • We also reserve the right to cancel any order that does not met the terms and conditions of the promotion or conditions listed on the website.
  • All refunds will be made in the same way as originally paid.
